<\/p>\n<p>Steve &amp; I have never been on a cruise before&#8230; and holy cow &#8211; this&#0160;ship was&#0160;HUGE!&#0160;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe01bd3970b-pi\" style=\"DISPLAY: inline\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Blog1\" border=\"0\" class=\"at-xid-6a00d83451dba369e201156fe01bd3970b \" src=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe01bd3970b-800wi\" title=\"Blog1\" \/><\/a>&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>And it&#39;s decor was&#8230; well, as you can see -&#0160;totally over the top.&#0160; Needless to say, I&#39;ll be seeing pink dots in my sleep for the next week.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe022a7970b-pi\" style=\"DISPLAY: inline\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Blog3\" border=\"0\" class=\"at-xid-6a00d83451dba369e201156fe022a7970b \" src=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe022a7970b-800wi\" title=\"Blog3\" \/><\/a>&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>But the best part of the ship was the Lido Deck&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156ee92d68970c-pi\" style=\"DISPLAY: inline\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Blog4\" border=\"0\" class=\"at-xid-6a00d83451dba369e201156ee92d68970c \" src=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156ee92d68970c-800wi\" title=\"Blog4\" \/><\/a>&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#8230;this is where <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=u_GuZMpqtTg\" target=\"_blank\">Mr. Mayer jammed&#0160;away<\/a> as we sailed off to Cabo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe03c97970b-pi\" style=\"DISPLAY: inline\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Blog5\" border=\"0\" class=\"at-xid-6a00d83451dba369e201156fe03c97970b \" src=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe03c97970b-800wi\" title=\"Blog5\" \/><\/a>&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>In addition to John being on the boat, there were 12 other talented musicians\/bands that played in various clubs or decks on the boat from 2-12 everyday.&#0160; It was a pretty sweet set-up.&#0160; There are actually a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sixthman.net\/events\/index\/id\/8\/\" target=\"_blank\">variety of the music cruises<\/a> put on by the same group that put this one together&#8230;&#0160;(like ones with Lyle Lovett, Bare Naked Ladies and even Lynyrd Skynyrd!)<\/p>\n<p>Some of our favorite acts (<em>besides John<\/em>) on the boat were&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe06186970b-pi\" style=\"DISPLAY: inline\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Mayercraft4\" border=\"0\" class=\"at-xid-6a00d83451dba369e201156fe06186970b \" src=\"http:\/\/catchingfireflies.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451dba369e201156fe06186970b-800wi\" title=\"Mayercraft4\" \/><\/a>&#0160; check out the&#0160;tune:&#0160;Don&#39;t Do Me No Favors<\/p>\n<p>And the cool thing is&#8230; all the musicians (<em>besides John<\/em>) roam the boat pretty regularly, which makes for a fun ambiance on the ship.&#0160;
