<\/a><\/a>\"Blog9\"<\/a>Since our dear Samson’s passing<\/a>, our cat Tuesday has diligently been greeting Steve and me at the door when we return home… but<\/em> it’s just not the same (sorry Tuesday, we still love you).  We both agreed it was time to bring a new pooch into our home.\"Blog2\"<\/a> <\/p>\n

Sticking with our love of dogs that have big hearts, personalities and short legs… we decided that a Basset Hound would be a perfect match.  And with the help of Petfinder.com<\/a> and the Ohio Basset Rescue<\/a> we are now the proud parents of 3 year old Gus!<\/p>\n

(now Tuesday can return to her normal nap schedule<\/em>)\"Blog7\"<\/a> <\/p>\n

He is incredibly affectionate and clearly thinks he is a lap dog.\"Blog3\"<\/a> <\/p>\n

Clowning around is one of his other talents, along with sniffing everything in sight…\"Blog6\"<\/a> <\/p>\n

… and leaving pee-mail on every plant he can.\"Blog4\"<\/a> <\/p>\n

Oh, he also really<\/em> enjoys watching us eat.\"Blog5\"<\/a> <\/p>\n

I just love his funny feet.  Here is his fourth position (for all you ballet novices out there)<\/p>\n

He has so many other funny paw poses, however when I try to take a picture at his level, he immediately hops in my lap.\"Blog10\"<\/a> <\/a> <\/p>\n

It’s safe to say he’ll be bringing lots of love and laughter in our lives (and hopefully yours too!)<\/p>\n
