  1. Chocolate Dipped Almond Crescent Cookies….YUM! A good friend shared this cookie many years ago at a Christmas cookie exchange and they’ve been my favorite since the first bite! Easy to make and elegant looking, too!

  4. As a total cookie addict, I have many many favorites. But I recently “rediscovered” an old fashioned favorite from the Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook (the red & white plaid one). So my current fave are “Hermits”. I recently made some for family and friends and got nothing but raves and yumms!!!

  5. My new favorite is Paula Deen’s rolo cookies – couldn’t be easier! Marble cake mix rolled around a chocolate/caramel candy. They don’t take long to make, and they definitely don’t stick around too long once everyone gets a taste!

  6. My all time favorite is gingerbread cookies, my mother in law shared her recipe and taught me the tricks to making gingerbread dough, it took a few trys but are they ever delicious.

  7. Peanut butter….criss cross with a fork…lightly browned…just a little bit crisp…can’t get any better than that!

  9. Some cookies ar soooo boring that is why my favorite kind of cookie is…. ready…..Potatoe chip cookies!!! They sound soooo nasty, but they are sooo good!! Me and all of my friends LOVE them.
    Forget about choclate chip and what not…… POTATOE CHIP COOKIES 4 sho.

  10. Holiday Butter Cookies are the absolute best! My grandpa made these every year when I was a kid growing up! They are an all time fave of my family now; I make the dough, my husband presses out the cookies and then we all decorate!

  11. Cranberry orange oatmeal. My grandma made the most amazing oatmeal raisin cookies but I dispise raisins so I added cranberries. The addition of fresh orange zest makes them even more awesome, I could totally use one right now.

  12. I love making gingerbread cookies! They make the house smell delicious. I carefully decorate each gingerbread man and lady, and people really enjoy them.

  16. My favorite cookie is a 50 year old recipe my mother got from a friend….Mrs. Villerot’s Sugar Cookies!! A little bit of nutmeg makes them the best sugar cookies ever and it’s a family tradition to make them every Christmas!
