  1. If I am just not feeling inspired, or we have had a long day, we generally fall back on breakfast for dinner or tacos. Both are easy and quick, but still filling.

  2. When I’ve run out of time and haven’t been to the grocery store in a while…. pasta tossed with olive oil and garlic salt. Some freshly grated Parmesean. Fresh tomatoes if I have them. Good to go!

  3. I usually always have chicken breast on hand, so I will usually do some sort of baked chicken. Usually with a Ritz Cracker coating.

  4. Quick go-to family dinner – burgers on the grill with all the fixings and a tossed greens salad – easy and quick clean-up!!
