shaving cream shenanigans

Since our lil’ Lolo is almost on her way to being two I thought we could take a shot at dying Easter eggs with her this year.

After perusing piles of egg decorating ideas on Pinterest, I decided that the shaving cream method would probably would be the most fun. (classic rookie mom choice, right?)

Well, I was definitely right when it came to the fun factor.  She got right into the mix and also thought it was a good idea to decorate my hand, counter and herself while she was at it.  I kept the dye color combos complimentary so even if they got over swirled together, they would still look lovely.

I must admit, things did get a little out of control towards the end but her squeals of delight were worth the clean up duty.
