The Rochester catching fireflies was hoppin’ this past Monday evening when we celebrated the opening night of The Big Bright Light Show. There were loads of festivities offered throughout downtown… store discounts, holiday tunes, Mr. & Mrs. Claus, live reindeer, carriage rides, beautiful carolers and of course… the lights. Even though the stores are decorated for Christmas, Dena & Susan still had a grand time dressing up as our famous firefly mascots Luci & Flair for the trick-or-treaters last Saturday. Lots of ladies came out to enjoy a fun filled evening at both catching fireflies locations last Thursday at our ‘girls night out event’.  We served up sweet cider and delicious doughnuts as shoppers scoped out handsome handbag deals. Eric Fritts played some groovy acoustic tunes for two and half hours without a break at our Rochester location and the ladies just loved it! (thanks for rockin’ the house Eric) In fact one birthday .

When Halfway Down the Stairs children’s book shop asked us if we wanted to be part of a pirate  scavenger hunt we promptly replied "YES!"  Because as you can see… the manager Dena and her girls like to have a good time entertaining customers of all ages.
